I want you to try this out. Buy enough chicken breasts for the week & cook them all on Sunday night. It saves SO much time. And it saves you money because you know you have a healthy dinner waiting at home that can be microwaved and ready in minutes! (instead of swinging by the Chipotle after school/work)
We buy ours at Costco. Cut off the fatty parts. Put in pans. Spice em up. And bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes!
