I want you to try this out. Â Buy enough chicken breasts for the week & cook them all on Sunday night. Â It saves SO much time. Â And it saves you money because you know you have a healthy dinner waiting at home that can be microwaved and ready in minutes! (instead of swinging by the Chipotle after school/work)
We buy ours at Costco. Â Cut off the fatty parts. Â Put in pans. Spice em up. Â And bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes!
Another good idea…..try boiling the chicken and when it is finished pull it apart with hands. Pulled chicken can be mixed with any sauce (I use organic honey and yellow mustard sometimes!) It also makes it more convenient for tacos/fajitas/salads etc. and can also be used as a splurge when making homemade buff chicken pizza!
