Burn Fat with Jump Rope

Jump rope is for the young at heart  🙂

Tips:

  • Jump 1 inch off the ground so it is low-impact
  • Look straight ahead
  • Stay on the balls of your feet; your heels should not touch the ground
  • Good posture
  • Elbows at your side at a 45 degree angle
  • Your arms should barely move; the motion comes from your wrists
  • Increase your speed. But do not lose your good form.

Steps:

  • Double bounce (beginner, slower) or single bounce (advanced)
  • Bounce step (just up and down)
  • Alternate foot step (up and down switching from L to R like running in place)

HIIT:  20 rounds of……50sec on: 10sec off
