Introducing my 4 week Workout Program!!

So maybe you got busy in December. Too many holiday parties, went out of town, had one too many drinks, didn’t have time to make it to the gym.  Alright, no problem. The good thing is, you are probably re-motivated to get back into the best shape of your life, right?  New Years Resolutions to eat healthier, workout more, and be happier with your body.  If this sounds like you….then boy oh boy do I have a gift for you!!!

On January 13th I will be launching my GUNS & BUNS 4 week workout program!!

This program includes cardio and weight training for every day of the week- for 4 whole weeks!  I have been working on this for awhile for you ladies, so I am super excited. With my Physical therapy, Pilates Instructor, and Bikini Competitor background, I have put together the PERFECT program to build your muscles in all the right places. While still toning up and looking fabulous. What girl doesn’t want toned arms to scare off those mean guys & a booty that’s poppin’!?! Plus, I added in some great Pilates CORE workouts for each day!

So here is the plan: Throughout this next week, I want to hear from you.  If you think this 4 week program is exactly what you need and want for yourself (who wouldn’t?!) then post a comment here to pledge that you are in.  I will keep you accountable.  I promise you, you will love the results you see from this program. So join with me ladies!  A FREE WORKOUT PROGRAM!! Doesn’t get any better than that.

From January 6th-12th, I want you to ease back into working out.  Try lifting 30-40 minutes and some light cardio for 15-20 minutes.  Just get your body used to working out again.  Because once January 13th hits, we go FULL FORCE!  Your body will hate you the day after these workouts. But you will LOVE the results you see later, trust me!! Four weeks of pushing your body to the limits.  You’ll drop weight, tone up, build muscle, build curves, and be happy with your body just in time for VALENTINE’s DAY!

So let’s go! Get to work. Build me some foundation for the next week so we can all start the plan together on January 13th!  In the mean time, I want to see how you are doing. Post your pictures, progress pics, workouts, motivation, etc on Twitter/Instagram with #gunsandbuns and #beautifultothecore so I can see how you all are doing!

I have faith in you ladies. You can do this. Stay focused and remember your end goal. You got this! It is time to be Healthy & Happy!

Strong is the new Beautiful.

    • Megan, the program is over. But I will be releasing it to the public in a few weeks so keep an eye out 🙂

  • I just found your site and although I missed your 4 week guns & buns program, this may be better timing for me. I’ve always led a super crazy busy Kaotic lifestyle as a respiratory therapist; running our business and my husband racing. The last 11 years our youngest son has been racing as well. He turned pro 2 years ago at age 14 so managing his career and traveling more than we’re home gets really crazy but I love every bit of it and the close family bond his racing has created for us.
2 yrs ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer which came as a total shock. It doesn’t run in the family and there were no other existing factors to think I was a candidate for cancer at all. I was determined to not let this get in the way of my sons advancing racing career. I battled the cancer with surgery, radiation and chemo therapies the last 2 years but the treatments have really worn me out. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with Lupus and possibly fibromyalgia now also. Dr.’s say I need to be on chemo meds for minimum 5 yrs but best would be 10. Well the chemo makes me feel sick, depressed, tired, unmotivated, afraid to go out in to the world. There is no cure for Lupus or Fibromyalgia just more medications that don’t make me feel any better. So last month I decided to JUST STOP. Stop being sick, that is! STOP feeling isolated, STOP feeling like a burden to my family ( even though my husband and sons never try to make me feel that way). I think most women in my situation or similar probably do what I do and try to internalize the emotional battle going on because when your sickness is on the inside, you don’t really look sick so people just don’t realize what your going through. So I STOPPED the chemo, and lupus meds, and I stopped letting my illness decide what I would do each day. Do you know what happened. I STOPPED Feeling sick everyday, I STOPPED feeling down and unmotivated. My hair STOPPED breaking off and my energy is up. I just had a mammogram check up and it was all clear. I promised my dr’s that if I wouldn’t do chemo meds then I would at least have an MRI every 6 months or so. Now, I want to be physically fit again and get my body back. I know that it takes hard work and dedication and I know I’ll need accountability to keep me disciplined and undestracted. But I would like to try to be the best I can be. Can you help me?

    • Wow, Shelley! Your story is so inspiring. Good for you for making that decision to control your body and not let the diagnoses control you. You are amazing. So regarding getting fit again, do it! You deserve it! I would love to share my new E-book with you. I will be releasing it to the public sometime this week. So download it for free. It will have a great starting guide. Tips regarding nutrition, training, pilates, and tracking your progress. I think you will love it. Now since it does not sound like you have been working out a lot until now, you may want to make some modifications. SO maybe instead of working out 6 days a week, start with 2-3. Start with what you feel you can handle and build up from there. 🙂
