I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE PART IN THE 4 WEEK WORKOUT, I’M TRYING TO COMPETE IN MY FIRST BIKINI COMPETITION IN APRIL.

I would love to take part in your four week training program! I have a passion for running and pilates but really want to build more muscle. So a new program would be awesome. Someday maybe a bikini competition… I am just a little nervous about it. Also started a fitness/wellness blog too called brightblissfulbella. I absolutely love your site. 🙂

Danielle, the 4 weeks program is over. I am making a few changes to make it better and then will post it to the public in a few months 🙂
I would love to take place in this challenge!! I completed Insanity and lost 22 lbs. I was slender and toned but need more, so I joined the gym and I’ve been building muscle with weight training. I love to run as well! Appreciate your devoted sharing of insight and looking forward to giving this a try. 🙂
