Health & Fitness Magazine tear sheet

So happy to have the opportunity to share this awesome LEG workout with you in the latest Health & Fitness magazine.

I pride myself in having sexy legs. The key to that is being well-rounded in strengthening. Working the front quads, the side abductors, the back hamstrings, the inner adductors, and those calves.

Many of these exercises are Pilates-based and can be done from home. All you need is a chair! So try em now to get a leg up on others!
