For this workout you are challenging your mid-section by defying midline. The first two exercises have the medicine ball off to one side which makes your abdominals were even harder to keep you balanced! The last two exercises are performed with the medicine ball in midline however with only the feet on it, so they are harder than they appear! Have fun 😀
