Today’s workout is GREAT for toning those inner thighs!
All you need is a mini-ball or a soccer ball & you are good to go.

#1 Place one foot on the ball. Other leg is straight in the air. Then create leg circles (about the size of the mini ball)
#2 Lie on your side with the ball between your ankles. Then squeeze into the ball and raise both legs up as high as you can.
#3 Place the ball between your knees. Legs bent and toes pointed. Then lower the toes to the mat to tap them down and then return to the start position. Try to keep your lower back flat on the mat.
#4 Place the ball between your ankles. Start with frog legs (knees apart, heels together). Then straighten your legs out and point your toes, while squeezing into the ball.
