Today’s workout requires just a pair of weights. I used 5 lbs. So grab em and let’s get started!

#1 Tap the weights on the left side of the mat, and then the right
#2 Hold the weights at one shoulder and then round your spine to roll back and forward like a ball
#3 Hold the weights together out in front of you, then do a sit-up toward the left on the way up and toward the right on the way down. & vice versa.
#4 Twist half way back down towards the mat while opening up the chest and reaching one arm back.
