Perform 4 sets of 10 of each exercise below.

#1 Pulse the arms as you inhale for 5 counts and exhale for 5 counts, that is one rep!
#2 Kneeling you will lean back with the arms reaching forward, and come back up as you press the arms behind you to contract the triceps.
#3 Lie on your side with the top arm’s hand on the mat, then press up with that arm until the elbow is straight.
#4 Pushups, keeping those elbows in at your side to target the triceps over the chest.
