In June, my husband Zach wrote an excellent post about BFR (blood flow restriction) training. READ IT HERE. I was a little (ok a lot) scared to try it. But I did!
It hurt, for sure. However I was amazed by the benefits. The next 2 days after that I was so so sore! I felt like I had done a whole hour workout for my biceps. When I had actually only done 4 sets of bicep curls with 5 pounds. Just 5 pounds! That’s nothing! So I am a believer.
So I wanted to share a quick clip! Look at how red my arms got! If you haven’t tried it yet, do so! 🙂
