Today’s recipe is bomb. No lie.
I wanted to make a green & red smoothie for the Holidays. So I experimented and it came out way better than expected.
It’s simple. Just mix the following up in a blender:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple/mango)
- 2 packets of Stevia or Sugar in the Raw sweetener
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)
Pour into two medium-sized bowls. Top with any topping you’d like! Â I used granola, strawberries, and chopped pecans.
