Holiday Smoothie Bowl

Today’s recipe is bomb. No lie.

I wanted to make a green & red smoothie for the Holidays. So I experimented and it came out way better than expected.

It’s simple. Just mix the following up in a blender:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple/mango)
  • 2 packets of Stevia or Sugar in the Raw sweetener
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)

Pour into two medium-sized bowls. Top with any topping you’d like!  I used granola, strawberries, and chopped pecans.
