In today's brand spankin' new YouTube video, I share 33 quick exercises with Kettlebells.
Kettlebell exercises are a fun way to mix things up while still getting in a quick and effective total body workout.
You can use 1 or 2 at a time. Using two makes it more about strength whereas using one also improves your core stability to keep yourself centered. In addition, adding in supersets or combinations challenges your coordination and keeps things exciting! No one likes boring workouts, duh.
They are a great supplement to a training program focused on compound exercises. Talk about a total body tone too!
