20 Minute Pilates Workout

It's June 2020 and we're all working out from home more due to the coronavirus. So I thought it would be fun to film one of my home pilates workouts for you guys. This one is a 20-minute pilates and mobility workout. Alternating strength, stretching, and mobility work for a full body workout.
