The World Bodybuilding & Fashion Federation is an entertainment league with more of an emphasis on glitz, glamour, and live music while taking the stage.

All new competitors begin as amateurs and can compete to qualify for the Pro association. Competitors must be at least 18-years-old.

You can choose the Diva Bikini category, the Diva Wellness category (if you have more lower body muscle mass), or the transformation category (if you've lost >10lbs).

Show Schedule & Cost

Despite COVID, they have a 2021 schedule planned with about one show a month so far. Visit their schedule page to see all the contests planned for the year in the USA and Internationally.

It costs $25 minimum to register for a show - price depends on the show. Visit each show registration page and create a login to learn more.

Fashion Contests

Since this is a league with an emphasis on stage production, music, and fashion also you'll take the stage twice: once in bikini and once in a long gown. Learn more about this here. 

In the Bikini division:

• You must wear two piece suit with heels
• Take the stage twice: bikini and long gown
