League Spotlight: NANBF bikini competition
History
The all-natural NANBF league stands for the North American Natural Bodybuilding Federation.
Amateurs begin in the amateur division and can eventually progress to the pro division which is called the IPE.

Bikini
In the Bikini division you take the stage twice in a two-piece suit with heels and do 3 poses:
- Front
- Side
- Back
