League Spotlight: USBF bikini competition

History

The all-natural USBF league stands for the United States Bodybuilding Federation. They've been around for over 20 years and they require all athletes to be drug free. What makes them unique is that they cover the costs of the drug testing for you.

Amateurs begin in the amateur division and can eventually progress to the pro division by competing and placing in their Championship shows.

Their full 2021 schedule is up with shows from April-November 2021. Visit their events page to stay up-to-date on show options.

To compete in one of their shows, you'll have to pay 2 fees: league membership and show registration. 

Bikini 

In the Bikini division you take the stage twice in a two-piece suit with heels for individual posing and then group comparisons. Of note: they prefer the front pose not have quite as much twisting as ladies have used in the past.
