League Spotlight: INBF bikini competition
History
The all-natural INBF league is the amateur league for the WNBF which stands for the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. They've been around for over 32 years and they require all athletes to be drug free for at least 10 years.
Amateurs begin in the amateur division and can eventually progress to the pro division by competing and placing in their "pro qualifier" shows.

Their full 2021 schedule is up with shows from April-November 2021. Visit their events page to stay up-to-date on show options.
To compete in one of their shows, you'll have to pay 3 fees: league membership, show registration, and drug testing.
Bikini
In the Bikini division you take the stage twice in a two-piece suit with heels for judging. Of note: they require more than normal glute coverage in the bikini bottoms (compared to other leagues) so be sure to read their guidelines below for more details.
